The V&A is the world’s greatest museum of art and design, but at the turn of the millennium, its image was growing tired, and negative public perceptions prevailed.

Working with the management team and representatives from all departments, we developed a programme to refresh the visual identity, create a clear brand positioning and an internal communications strategy based around the idea of "inspiring creativity in everyone"

We followed this up with a museum-wide culture change programme that put visitors at the heart of every decision, ensured that the brand idea was expressed in everything the museum did and transformed the V&A into one of London's favourite destinations.
