Living artists. Leading art.
Founded in 1768, the Royal Academy of Arts has always been a place for artists. A members' club, a school and an exhibition space, dedicated to promoting art to the widest possible audiences. In 2011, under new leadership, the RA asked us to help redefine the RA's core principles and beliefs whilst respecting its rich heritage.
We talked to key stakeholders and – working across the whole organisation – we built a dynamic brand strategy and visual identity that articulated a shared set of values and a common vision, embedding it into the organisational culture and positioning the RA as a vibrant home for living art.
